I’m Jade, founder of a beauty booking platform called Mane Hook-Up.
Like many Founders, I want to build a world-class start-up, that transforms how our industry works. And I used to think that the most game-changing companies – e.g. Airbnb, Uber, Loom and others – had to be goliaths and dominate all corners of an industry to create that change.
But, after reading Bo Burlingham’s book Small Giants, my eyes were opened to so many businesses (making ground-breaking change), that chose to be great instead of big.
