Sorry to hear it was a rough week! Great you spotted the signs and rested. It’s all you can do in those moments. The highs are high and the lows can be painfully low. Another great read, thanks for sharing.

Thank you, Rachel! It was really thanks to the people around me that I finally rested up (but it really helped). The lows can definitely feel low and a challenge to bounce back from. I've been gradually getting back into the swing of things this week as well. Rest and recovery are so needed!
